18 Year Old Kimberley Vlaminck gets 56 Star Tattoos on her Face
18 year old Belgian teen, Kimberley Vlaeminck went to sleep at a local tattoo parlor after requesting three stars on her face. She slept so she didn’t have to feel the pain.
Kimberley Vlaeminck claims she is now suing tattoo artist Rouslan Toumaniantz because she woke up with 56 stars over half of her face.
Is this a miscommunication, or misunderstanding of her English and French on the part of Rouslan Toumaniantz as Ms. Vlaeminck claims?
Or is this tattoo regret after her boyfriend and father complained as Mr. Toumaniantz is stating?
Tattoo artist Rouslan Toumaniantz has claimed that Ms. Vlaeminck had not only asked for 56 stars, but was awake while receiving the tattoos and even looked in the mirror several times.
We’ll have to see how this turns out, but in my opinion I would guess that it would be difficult to sleep through 56 facial tattoos unless medicated or inebriated. If she wanted to be a star, Kimberly Vlaeminck is certainly getting her 15 minutes of fame for getting stars tattooed all over her face.
What happened to getting a cute tattoo on your ankle?
I think we can all agree that this is probably not the most attractive look for a young woman who now looks more like the night sky in relief.

It sounds a little wierd,Seriously i don’t think anyone could fall asleep while getting a tattoo, especially in their FACE!. I don’t know, but it all sounds wayy too fishy.

My sister thinks it will turn out to be the shocking start of some kind of campaign. Obviously, no one believes this story. It’s too unreal and they make too much of a hype out of it. there’s even a tool ‘Kimberlizer’ on a page of one of the Belgian newspapers to tattoo stars on your own photo.
I’m curious to find out if my sister is right. I suppose we wil know within the next week?
Well is’nt that stupid…Yeah right you fell asleep don’t belive that for a mintute..There is no way you went to sleep while getting a tattoo on your face..If in fact you did i guess you got what you deserved .If that was me i would be awake and alert at all times while getting a tattoo anywhere so that away i know i’m getting what i asked for….I think you asked for it you got what you asked for and then your family seen and didn’t approve and you lied and said you fell asleep..Well i guess you can just say this was a lesson you had to learn the hard way..Anyways it’s not that bad you will just have to live with it for the rest of your life..
Her whole story is BS!! For one let me just say from personal tattoo experience (having several myself) I can tell you this much, there aint NO WAY IN HELL anyone would be able to fall asleep during a tattoo, can’t happen ESPECIALLY a tattoo on ur face…. Plus there’s no way u would go in for 3 lil stars and da tattoo artist does 56 just for da hell of it… This girls BS and it pisses me off that she’d lie about this whole thing, its an embarrassment and practically a slap in the face for tattoo artist & enthusiast everywhere such as myself… Like someone already stated above the artist should be the one suing here….
Fell asleep during a facial tattoo? If that is even to be believed, she must have been completely wasted. Are we supposed to sympathize because some drunk chick made a stupid mistake and only realized it when she sobered up and her father yelled at her? The tattoo artist has a witness that confirms she requested the 56 stars. She doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on, but will most likely garner enough of the sympathy vote to force this business owner into paying restitution. Personally I don’t think he should have to pay a nickel. If he chooses to pay that’s a different story, and a decision he’ll end up making out of pity for this girls stupidity.
Wow I”ve never had a tatoo but rom the other comments it hurts so in my opinion i don’t no how she could fall asleep if i ever got 1 i wouldnt be able to sleep !!!like she couldnt be asleep that long for someone do put 58 stars on her face !!! shes lying !!!! but on his part he shouldve already had a consent form !!!

I have several tattoos in very private areas which I assume would be just as sensitive as the face. Unless this girl was abusing vicadin or somthing stronger It would be impossible to fall asleep.
The tattoo artist didn’t understand French..
She should have simply punched him in the face beforehand, wrote down the amount of stars and set things straight.
But alas, dumb things happen at these tattoo parlors, and she was probably drinking too many Heinekens.
I’d just like to say a few things…the first is that there would have been a planned out ink sketch on her face prior to tattooing begins, so they both would’ve been clear on how many and where those stars were going.
Second, it IS DEFINATELY possible to fall asleep or completely zone out during a tattoo, as I have dozed off once before when getting my back tattooed across the spine and shoulders which is not meant to be a pleasant area.
I enjoy the feeling and the rush of the adrenaline actually lulls me off when i cant use it.
So don’t assume she was drunk or otherwise. It’s possible that some people find different things soothing and I’m one of those weirdo’s that is completely soothed by tattoos. Granted, I still think she’s a tard for getting stars no matter how many on her face…what a dumb tattoo, that probs what the artist thought too!
